Hi I'm new here and am the owner of a Pentax k1000 SLR and the wonderful k10d DSLR. I like photography and have been interested in taking photos since my first photography class in 1998. I have always enjoyed using the K1000 and that was the reason I bought the K10D when I made the step to digital. Well, that's an introduction I guess.

Thanks Mike, for some reason the first one is way over contrasted in the upload. I'll have to try to load it again.

I also liked the second one night shot would be even better, Chicago winters are really chilling.

There is some flare in the first shot, but the contrast looks ok to me.
