Another new guy on the block.

A loyal Pentaxian for many moons - my first decent camera was a NEW Spotmatic ( in the early 70's). Currently shooting with a K10D, and a variety of Lenses: DA 1:3.5-5.6 18-55 AL II, SMC DA 1:2.8 40mm (Pancake), Sigma 1:3.5-22 28-200 Aspherical IF, Sigma 1:4-5.6 70-300 APO DG, SMC Pentax 1:1.7 50mm, SMC Pentax 1:2 50mm, SMC Pentax 1:2.8 28mm, Super Multi-Coated Takumar 1:4 200mm, Super Takumar 1:3.5 135mm. Compact Digital is Pentax S40, Film Cameras K1000 and SP 1000. Recently gave my ist DL and one of my K1000s to my daughter - now she's got the bug! My latest kick - shooting with the old Pentax primes - wonderful lenses. My favorite subject matter tends to be nature - but I also shoot a variety of other subjects. I have used the Forum as a reference in the past - looking forward to participating.

Welcome, fellow still life photographer! Your k10d will love to view the world through the eyes of old pentax glass, with the added benefit of Shake Reduction
