A big Hi to all members here!
I'm new to the forum, to Pentax, and dSLRs. I have recently acquired a red Pentax K-x with a 18-55mm kit lens and I am still exploring my new camera. Previously I used an advanced point-and-shoot (Canon Powershot A710IS with manual function).

Hoping to learn more techniques from users here!

Welcome to the forum. There is a wealth of knowledge here that will surely help you out. Since you just got your K-x I would suggest that you check out the DSLR section if you have any questions on your new camera. I hope to see some photos from you soon.

I'm looking forward to seeing some images from singapore. There is a good group of Pentax users there in Singapore.
