Empty notice bar below the menu bar

FYI
I noticed an empty notice bar on the main page below the menu bar. Yellow triangle with exclamation mark and a dismiss uption at the right in the title bar of the 'window'

I could dismiss it.

If relevant, firefox version 3.0.4 on Windows XP

Damn, it was supposed to remind members of about making a donation. Think I pay have forgotten to rebuild the phrase cache after putting it up. Thanks for pointing this out!
