was missed, leads me to the question is the sticky in the correct place?

If it is not, where should we put it. The origonal thinking was that it would go in the travel section because it covers the rights etc in multiple countries, but the forums have been re-prganized several times since then, and the subject will never go away.

If you ask me, this should be made into a comprehensive article and placed in the articles section. If you feel the sticky should be move, please contact a moderator using the option from the 'Forum' button dropdown.
