Mine shows this: using the thumbs up icon

but when I click on someone else's reputation icon, I see this:

Why do I see two different versions?

Because when you click on someone else's, it is offering you the chance to leave reputation points/comments for that person. When you click on your own it is showing if you have received any for that post.
I don't think it would work out very well if the system allowed members to give themselves reputation points.

I know that much. But why am I not seeing the same as in Adam's thread here:

https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/pentaxforums-com-news/99542-reputation-system-enabled.html

Can we see what our reputations received are, other than "you have 22 reputations" in a more graphical way?

Because, as indicated in the popup, that post hasn't received any reputation. If it had, you would see the other window.
