I can't answer when they changed, only Adam can do that. But the rules are from when you joined.

The 50+ reputation points is the major change. However, not many people have bought into the reputation point thing.

If you meet the Pentaxian requirement and registered before the reputation system was added, then I can waive that requirement. It's been in place for a while now.

Most members who've made a handful very helpful posts out of their 200/1000 should easily be able to reach the requirement- and keep in mind that lens reviews also award points.
