problem uploading my photos

All of a sudden, lately, my photos won't upload. They said my quota was exceeded. I went into my album and deleted about 14 images and my post of five photos still will not upload. I don't know what else to do. Can someone help me with this. It was five photos I took at Brooklyn botanic gardens. Freddy

I would just like to delete my 11 gallery photos but don't know how.
That would then free up space for my posts, right? Please help.
