Posting RAW files on Pentax Forums?

I see a lot of postings in which the "posters" show RAW file/images.
I don't think this is do-able on this forum, or is it?
Are those images not just RAW images converted to JPEG's without any PP?

I am a bit confused as to why one would call a posted image as a RAW file while it might not be possible to do that.

There are scripts that can do this.
It's a pretty simple function to add to the forum actually.

Raw files can't be opened inline, and for most connections, an attempted upload of a large file would result in a timeout.

So John,

When you post images that are captioned as "RAW ... No PP", you don't really mean that those are RAW files, rather files which have been converted (RAW conversion) to JPEG without any PP ... right?

But if you are saying that you actually wrote a script that enables the RAW files to show "as is", I am dumbfounded because Adam says that it will result in a timeout due to the very large file attempting to upload.

Viewable images are processed. It just depends what or who did it.

Hi, I thought you meant when we see RAW EXIF next to an image
I beleive what you're referring too may be a RAW extract. In which case, I simply right click a thumbmail in Adobe Bridge and select: Export To Had Drive

Which is pretty straight forward.
However... its important to go into ACR prior to doing this and putting all settings to 0 - otherwise, it will process the image with adjustements etc.

Hope this answers what you're asking.
I just woke up
