we have as forum members space limitations for posted images in threads, and for gallery images.

I sometimes wonder if we shoud have the ability to move an image from one place to the other, without loosing the links to the image.

I findd myself often putting a link from an image that was previously posted, into new threads, because the same topics keep coming up, and it is useful to post the links, however, in hindsight some of these images should really be in my photogallery and not managed under the posted photos / attachments

is it possible to move these images some how to the gallery with the click of the mouse?

You'd have to do it manually for the photos that you'd like to move.

I was afraid of that. it means that the links would no longer be valid.
