B&H Forum Policies

Hello everyone,

As you may know, BH photo, the New York photography superstore, has been generous enough to offer a customer support here on PF:

We'd like to remind everyone that this forum is only for product related question. Any complaints about the store policies which we can't do anything about shouldn't be posted, and any disrespect toward Chuck, our B&H representative, will not be tolerated and will be subject to moderation by our regular moderation staff.

We hope you enjoy this section, and thanks in advance for limiting your questions to those that are product-related.

Hi Adam,

I understand the desired focus on product-related questions, but I must assume that your posting of the policies is a response to the questions I recently tried to ask.

I would like to clarify that they were not meant as disrespect to Chuck and would be very surprised if anyone would view it that way.

Also, I'd like to clarify that I never complained about store policies. I only meant to inquire about them. I understand that an enquiry about store policies is not wanted either, is that right?

I mainly want to get straight that there was never any aggression (in the form of disrespect or complaints) intended on my behalf.

Thanks. You may want to add price negotiating as anything a member cannot click to from your site to ours will not give you credit.

I think they mean to remind people that if they don't click through a referrer link form this site, the site doesn't get referral cash. But I wouldn't bet money that I'm right.

Me 3. I think it's totally fair enough that B&H's policies can't be argued on their part of this site, clarification of that policy is another matter of course.

But surely we are allowed to discuss it elsewhere on this site, in the General section or wherever. Can we clarify that please Adam?
