Question Why is the time off on my browser?

In my options, time zone is set correctly, but posts are an hour forward.

Go to your user cp options and enable DST

It was set for on, so I changed it to "automatically detect DST" and it still isn't working properly. EDIT: now it is working ok. At first after I changed it, I backed out of my user cp and checked the bottom of the page, but there it still said -4 hours, now it says -5 hours. Thanks Adam.
