Reputation Dialogue Box necessary?

Hi Adam,

I am just getting slightly annoyed at having to click "ok" on the dialogue box after I give anyone reputation. It seems like an unnecessary step to me. Could you just include that information in the box that pops up when you click the "add reputation" link instead? Or include a "hide this dialogue box" option in the dialogue box, or simply have it appear only for a second and disappear automatically - facebook style (not preferred, but would still be an improvement in my opinion).

Does anyone else get sick of this or is it just me?

P.S., i don't think I hand out excessive amounts of rep.
