NOTE: I don't know where to post the following, so if the Mods could move it I'd appreciate it.

Let's find out which online merchants have the highest return of cameras/lenses for defects only. If you ordered a camera and/or a lens online and had to return it because of a manufacturer defect only (not because it wasn't what you wanted, or you changed your mind, or didn't like it once you got it, or it didn't do what you thought it would do etc etc)

A high rate of return might reflect specific product problems (the SDM issues on the 16-50 for example) but it may also suggest which merchants could be moving a range of returned goods back into circulation. Please select one only, or feel free to add one in a responses. I've tried to pick the leading outlets for new equipment, but feel free to add another outlet and it will be added to final tally.

Closing this because it's misplaced. Please re-post this thread, and opt to select a multiple-choice poll. Also, you should use the serial number database to keep track of defects.
