edit: oh, you mean the boxes on the right at https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/ ? Gotcha.

As for the homepage... it took me a bit to figure out where to click to go to the forum. I didn't realize that "forum" itself was a link because it was in a different colour than the subheadings... not sure if this is worse/better than before...

If you hover over it, you can see that it's a link too. Worked pretty hard to make sure the new layout was much more clear than before.

How what can stump you is the fact that the home label at the very top is clickable as well. It used to just say "navigation", which was a complete waste of space.

I like the changes, Adam. Though I did like the deep red background of the Home page, the blue is easier on the eyes and seems more spacious. I also like how the new sidebar on the forum pages is on the right, rather than the left, where it would seem a distraction to me. Good selection of modules (am I using the term correctly?) in the sidebar, as well as their order. Thanks!
