Suggestion layout inconsistency

In some sections (e.g. beginners corner), stickies are separated from the normal threads using a small title bar. I like it as it's easy to see where the normal threads start. In other sections (dslr, k5 to name some) it's not.

Give me a list of forums with 3 or more stickies please, and I'll enable the separation.

Are a few of them. And there is one that has only two stickies and a separation but forgot.

I think it's anyway nice to have the separation
