Error Error in loading to albums

I keep on getting this message when trying to up load to my albums

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was invalid.

This error likely occurred due to a session timeout. Please log in again and refresh the previous page.

Does not help as have tried twice now and still cant upload

I bet you're trying to upload files that are too large: you can only upload up to 25M at a time.

Thanks Adam am now uploading fewer and seems to be working , Merry Christmas

Have cut down to uploading 4 pic's at a time seems to help
