Suggestion BB code to say the number of days since my last visit to the marketplace

How about a little BB code so that I can show the number of days since my last visit to the "Pentax Items for Sale" forum? I really think this would help our our LBA groups. Or possibly something under my avatar on the left?

I have to admit, I took one last look before suggesting this idea
