If I upload a photo, can I be assured that it will NOT be used for any commercial purposes? WPD coincided with a photo workshop I participated in but I am not allowed to use any images for such purposes. Photo contest are permitted.

We don't do any of that. We are making a book this year, but your photos won't be in it unless you explicit give us permission to do so (and then you might get a free copy)
