You can disable that via the disable option- are you currently getting subscribed thread notifications? If you disable one, you'll disable both, I'm afraid (in the top right of the forum that is).

Just going to test @Adam one more time...

What about usernames that contain a space? Is there, or could there be a way to @John Doe without the space making it unintentionally tag "John"?
