Question How to leave feedback from an expired listing

Someone purchased an item the day before the listing expired. Now the transaction is complete, but I can't leave this person ( who new to the forums, has no feedback, and deserves good feedback) feedback. How do we get around this problem? Thank you!

You should have marked the listing as sold rather than lert it expire. To get it moved, please use the mod contact form which is found in the "forum" navbar dropdown.

There were other items in the listing - I couldn't mark it sold!

In that case you needed to bump your thread by replying to it. Otherwise, it gets pulled after 90 days.

I can't do that - I no longer have marketplace access. My wife and I have had three massive, unexpected expenses in the past week or so, but I'll make a donation again as soon as I reasonably can (sometime next month, hopefully).

Okay, so I left the feedback, and I got a notification of Marketplace activity in violation of the forum rules. This violation has been reported to the staff. What in the world?

You can just ignore that. It was generated because you left feedback as a seller but have expired marketplace access, but obviously you had access when the item was sold.
