Question Loading photos for For Sale

I posted a sale item but could not get the photos to stick to the add: what
have I done wrong

Now its telling me I can not load photos since they are all ready loaded :

Is this for the sale ad for your K-7?
If so, then yes, they are already loaded; in the sale ad you already have for a K-7.
What was the reason for trying to post another one? Posting multiple threads for the same item isn't allowed.

I dumped the first add and tried to reload photos and got no where, if their there now great sorry for the trouble:
