Edit post in the Articles section.

Hi guys,
Is anyone else having trouble editing their post in the article section?

I ask this as I have been working on a Lens Disassembly Database and for somereason I can't edit the post anymore.

Has there been changes that I am just missing?

It's just odd because the posts from the past don't allow it yet the post I put up today (in the same thread) does allow it.

I have attached a couple of images to show you.... and yes I am logged-in

There's was 180-day editing limit on all posts. I've raised it to 1 year, but that's about as generous as it's going to get. It is possible for us to go in and edit the timestamps of posts to rearrange them, but in order to make content the easiest to find for search engines, it's a good idea that parts of a page containing valuable content don't change or get reorganized after they've been indexed.

Oh ok bummer.
Do you have any suggestions on how I could keep this particular thread running beyond the 1 year life without reposting the list? given the length of the actual post it would quickly become tedious for the viewers to scroll through it.

Before next year hits, I'll try to enable full-time editing in the article section only
