Yes, I think you've earned the right to celebrate, Adam.

Also, my first post isn't a "Question". Could you allow us to choose "News" or none as a thread prefix here?
I tried "(No Prefix)", but the system wouldn't let me use that.

Somewhat ironic that another forum (DCRP) recently folded. No surprise, and I left it a year or two ago as it was all Canikon and Sony, and "what name should I call my photo business?", and "The department store had the audacity to use a Tamron zoom on their (Canon) portrait studio camera". Days or weeks would go by without a new post in some popular galleries.

So, onward, Adam and PF.

So far my only Pentax gear is all of the analog equipment I used beginning in 1980. I have used Olympus, Minolta, and Nikon gear as well. Currently I am shooting with a D90. It is a wonderful camera, but it lacks "soul." It is a tool and only a tool. My ME Super and K1000 have personality. I still love them. I keep saying I will switch to a Pentax DSLR, but haven't yet. I am afraid if I keep reading this forum, a K 30 or K5II may find a new home! Thanks for making an old analog guy feel at home!
