Show us some smooth background effects! Ok silly question ! ( Sorry )

What is a - smooth background effects

I dont mind submitting a picture , but Im not sure I understand whats wanted ?

Is it a picture thats going to make a boss screen saver ? or a funky background effect ( fore front ? Does there need to be a fore front )

Or is it open to almost any interpretation ?

Just about anything, as long as it involved bokeh! Don't forget that this contest closes in less than 24h.

I have only one picture that would meet the requirements , and its nothing flash at all ..

Maybe the next one ...
