Question Status upgrade

I purchased a lens DA 55-300 from Adorama, following link on the forum, but didn't get a credit. I wrote a PM to moderator (Adam) with shipping confirmation from Adorama, didn't get any reply. Than, I wrote another message with my order #, didn't get any reply again. What is the problem ? Why nothing happening, why you suggest buying stuff trough your links ?

On a similar note:

Do I have to provide info to PF when I purchase through the link or is it automatic?

I purchased a used lens ($400) through the Adorama link last year but my status did not change. I just purchased a K-01 and would like to have that count toward marketplace access .

You have to PM me with your order number (A2013...) as the system isn't automated. The threshold for upgrades is $330, but if your order from last year wasn't credited, then I can certainly combine the two.
