Full Frame threads???

I think it will be a great idea for the forum if a dedicated full frame camera category was added. Any talk, chat, chatter, discussion etc about that will automatically be moved under that topical sub forum...

You know what, that's not a bad idea at all! I say we do it.

You got my vote (it was my idea) LOL!

Seriously though... I like to visit the various forums but they tend to get all clogged up with the talk of full frame this or full frame that... just put that stuff all in one spot and then the rest of the stuff is much easier to find and the site will be a bit more user friendly and less tin foil hatish with regards to someone who heard over lunch in a German diner that on a Japanese website that May 15 Pentax will announce a full frame...

Please...This kind of stuff detracts from what we already have and are working with....discuss what you will is my motto but some of this is out of hand. I stopped going into the 'Pentax News' section because every other thing is something about a full frame...

If they make a full frame great. I might get one. But until then I am focusing on photography with what I have and trying to learn more from the other forum members....all that full frame 'discussion' sometimes gets very distracting.

Another idea would be to re-title the first headline from "News and Rumors"... I think that encourages a lot of the rumor stuff...

The purpose for the rumor aspect is to pass on rumors from reliable sources that members have encountered elsewhere.
What we don't want in News and Rumors is "what if", "what do you think," "I predict", etc. . (or "RiceHigh says....". See above regarding reliable sources. )

Uhmmm, since the Forum Constant Godwin's Law of PentaxForums seems to be "All threads eventually become Full Frame threads", how will that help anything?

Read the 3 billion or so threads on the subject and then make your best guess.
