Question BBCode overview?

Is there a complete list with BBCode tags somewhere on this forum?
And possibly when and how to apply it? I'm accustomed using HTML tags.

None that I knwo of here, but check out this site BBCode examples

If you're used to html BB code is a piece of cake!

Ah, thanks! I thought is was a proprietary code for PentaxForums.

No problem. It's used on pretty much all forums out there, though I will warn that not all BB code will work on all of them. It depends on how the forums is set up.

PentaxForums.com - BB Code List

Most of the formatting can be carried out using the WYSIWYG editor, so I'd recommend using that rather than trying to write bbcode yourself.

Thanks Adam, I did a search on 'BBCode' but it is obviously in FAQ. It has some nice examples.

I prepared a little test before I saw your answer.
This the first BBCode in my career as a software developer.

Edit June 12
This is a table in BBCode:

COL_AAAA	COL_BBBB
Row0_Col0	Row0_Col1
Row1_Col0	Row1_Col1
Row2_Col0	Row2_Col1

OK, this works now.

Does't work.

BBCode doesn't always directly map to HTML. The table code you want is:

[table]COL_A|COL_B
00|01
10|11
20|21[/table]

COL_A	COL_B
00	01
10	11
20	21

It beats us "veteran members" who....what, were we off to, and back from, some war with so severe memory losses that we do not know which war it was...I'm starting to fear that we're in "The Manchurian Candidate" ballpark here....
