Question Edit Options Question

In "Edit Otions" - "Default Thread Subscription Mode" I have selected from the dropdown list the option "Do not subscribe" as I do not need these notifications. It works as requested bar two notifications. They are: No more tests! just pictures and K-5 for sports-photography.

For some reason they are regularly e-mailed to me which I do not want. How can I get off this treadmill. Can any body help me ?
Any of the mods perhaps ?

That setting does not make any changes to your existing subscriptions. Those can be managed here:
