Question Site support credit

Curious if anyone has had any issues ordering from the site support links on an ipad? I placed an order thru the B&H link and the B&H app opened on my ipad. Does that mess up the tracking?

Three lenses purchased from B&H since November 28 on my iPad. No 4%'rewards, apparently no site support credit. Yet. Maybe they are slow?

Did you PM me your order number? As for the rewards, they don't come with all items but you should have definitely gotten them by now.

Bh says the orders should track, but it might be worth trying out experimentally using a small purchase. I don't have an ipad so I can't test it myself, unfortunately.
