Just noticed there are two entries for this lens:

Helios 44K-4 58mm F2 Lens Reviews - Russian and Zenitar Lenses - Pentax Lens Review Database

Zenit MC-Helios 44K-4 (KMZ) 58mm F2 Lens Reviews - Russian and Zenitar Lenses - Pentax Lens Review Database

Although the earlier lens has cyrillic lettering, thats really the only difference, we can say its the same lens IMO

I agree. But there are people out there who claim that they are not the same. There's lots of folklore surrounding the Helios: apparently Helios lenses with certain serial numbers were manufactured especially for prominent party members. None of this is true; the bigshots used Japanese cameras and lenses. So, yes: all the Helios 58 f/2 should be treated as being generically the same.
