The other database is only for genuine products. Could certainly create an adapter category in the third-party DB, though. It looks like there would be other things to add there too, such as M42 adapters, the multimount, corrective adapters, etc.

The current location for this P-KA adapter is sort of tucked away in Tamron adaptall primes right at the bottom, it would be nice to have in a more prominent position, linked in to the zooms as well or indeed in an adapter category so comparisons can be made with 3rd party adapters for Tamron.. Not that we don't give you enough to think about already Adam.
