How to revoke 'I found this post useful" on camera reviews?

I was looking at 645Z reviews and found peculiar that a user would register to leave a single negative review. As I was looking if there is an option to down vote the review, I accidentally clicked on it. So now I apparently support that view.
Is there a way for this to be revoked?

Yes, just click on it again. Currently, there's no way to downvote, but this is something we'll be adding eventually.
