In an effort to streamline our forum categories while facilitating discussion of the latest gear and events, numerous changes have been made to the layout the forum categories today. See below:

Camera Help Central

• Merged General Technical Troubleshooting into Pentax Beginner's Corner Q&A
• Renamed Pentax Beginner's Corner Q&A to Troubleshooting and Beginner Help
• Moved Ask B&H Photo to this category

Pentax Cameras

• Created new heading: DSLR-Specific Forums
  • Added sub-forum: Pentax K-S1
  • Moved remaining K-mount sub-forums under this heading, for easier browsing of the Pentax DSLR Discussion section
  • Older camera-specific forums will now be archived under this heading to reduce clutter (to be archived: Pentax K-r)
• Renamed Pentax 645D and Medium Format to Pentax Medium Format
• Rearranged various camera-specific forums based on popularity

Added new category: Pentax Events & Official Contests

• Added forum: Pentax Forums Giveaways
  • This is where all future giveaways will be hosted and archived
• Moved Gathering, Photo Trips, and Groups from Photography to this category
• Moved Monthly Photo Contests from Photo Sharing and Galleries to this category
• Renamed Gathering, Photo Trips, and Groups to Gatherings, Events, and Groups

I like the idea of renaming General Photography to General Photography and Industry (Hmmm. That has a familiar ring to it. ). What would go in Professionals' Corner? Would this be just for professionals to post in, or would it be for others to discuss professional photography with professionals?
