Images in signature help

Not sure is this is the right place to post this; as I posted in the Pentax signature thread; but it's not very active. I have the K10D currently in my sig, and have tried unsuccessfully to add a second image of the K50. Can anyone assist me?

Here's the one I wish to add in addition to the current K10D.

Now I can't even add the K50 sig image in my post! The one I want is post #179 by drewski (pg 12) of the Pentax sig. thread.

You can only have one image. You must combine them into one image.

Wow! My thanks! I didn't realize the sigs I've seen were "one" image!

I really, really appreciate you combining them for me!

You can have more than one image if the images are hosted elsewhere (say in an attachment or our gallery, for instance, or even an album). But if you want to upload directly to your signature, then yup, there can only be one file.

Dave, may I ask how you combine them? As you may surmise, computer technology is not my strong suite!

When I combined the 4 in my sigpic I used Pixelmator. But you can use any editing program that supports copy/paste.

I downloaded all 4 of the original banners. Then I created a new file in Pixelmator with the appropriate dimensions. Then I used the selection tool to select image, and selected copy from the Edit menu. Then I used paste to insert it into the new file.

I don't have a Mac; but will play around with Elements, FastStone to see if I can do it. That's the only ones I currently have.

You can open one image in elements, increase size of canvas and copy and paste the other image into it.

Well, I know I look pretty dumb, but as I said I'm not computer savy. I cannot see any way to copy/paste the other image in it.

I'll just skip it.

Thanks.

Well, I'm stumped. In Elements the copy/paste is grayed out, so I cannot use it. I want to combine the images, with the K5IIs on top; can anyone help?

Hmm, I used a screenshot. It appears that it comes out as one image now.
