How do I make a new group? I'd like to start a new one for Houston. There is one in existence, but it has been posted on in years. I think a fresh group would be a better way to go, rather than resurrecting an old one from the dead. How do I do this?

However, I'd rather not have any stagnant groups, so if the leader of the old one hasn't been active on the site, I'd also be able to transfer control of the group over to you.

One advantage to posting to the old group instead of making a new one is anyone subscribed to the old one will see your post.
