Question Reply rules for the Marketplace - Link isn't working

I noticed that in this thread describing marketplace rules there is a section where reply rules for marketplace and wanted sections are linked - neither link seems to go directly to the information about replying. The info appears later in the first thread in a post down towards the bottom - I think it would be useful if this link was setup to go directly to that post. As it is it is an infinite loop - I can open a lot of windows that all have the same content...
