Before I commit to purchasing from a seller/member over seas, I would like to check his feed back / rating with other transactions. Is that possible, and if so, how?

Click on the member's user name, choose View Full Profile, then click the Marketplace Feedback tab.
You can also check from within a sale ad. Click on Feedback Score under the user name in the first post.
