Cannot Start New Thread

I need a Mod or someone to help me! I CAN"T POST a New Thread anywhere on this site. I can reply, but not start any new thread or post in the Photo Thread?
Have I been banned from posting? If so, it was certainly manly for some little weasel not to tell me a word about it...or why? That's not the kind of thing I would expect here, but would be common at DPR.

Otis says I should just calm down and relax, it is most likely just one of his internet hackers....errr, technicians.... making some adjustments? I sure hope so, I've got shots to post and some of them are handsome squirrels. Otis won't be so calm when he finds he can't be posted!

Regards!

That's strange. What happens when you try to post a new thread? Is there an error message or anything like that?

Jim, there is no line that says "Post a New Thread" like it used to....not at any site here??? Otis sasy it is because no one likes old Rupert. I pointed out that I have a good many "likes"...and he countered that all but two of those were for him...and one of was from a mentally challenged person, and the other was a pure mistake. So maybe he is right?
He said this is no different than when Mrs Rupert says "Go to your room and be quiet."

Regards!...I'll be good...I just want to post some birdies over in the Photo Thread....maybe a squirrel or two, that's all!

BTW- If I am banned from posting, can I just raise my hand to get permission to post? You know, like back in grade school when the teacher told me to shut up and sit down and I threw my chewing gum at her? Stuck right in her hair...I was always a damn good shot!
Don't worry...I don't chew gum anymore!

No black "New Thread" button at the top left and bottom left of the thread listings?

If not, try closing your browser and deleting your cache.

Done that...no change?

Reckon squirrels got into my computer while I was out in the shop working? I left the rear door open by accident a few minutes yesterday and when I came back in my computer had peanut hulls all around it?

Regards!

Okay, what do you see where the New Thread button is in the screen capture below?
Are other buttons (quote, reply, etc.) visible within the threads?

Are you using Firefox? I've had weird issues in the past with it, so I quit using it.
Even if you aren't, try a different browser.

I'm using FireFox with no problems. Rupert, you've probably already tried this; but sign out of the forum, then sign back in. See if that will correct the problem.

Don't tell him to do that! He'll forget his password again.

Very observant.
I created the thread by moving posts from another thread.
