Adam, it's always frustrating when it's out of your hands... thanks for the initial e-mail and then the broadcast e-mail too.

I had a few withdrawal symptoms, nothing major...

Kudo's and thanks as a db admin myslef I was feeling for ya , awsome job on the recovery that is the ONE thing a db admin has to be able to do

Thanks Adam - well done. The notification emails were welcomed. I have to say I almost kicked the LBA while the forum was down - a couple of more hours without reading about all the wonderful lenses and I may have been a free man.

I am terribly sorry to disappoint you, but LBA does not go away, ever. I have had LBA every since I bought my first Pentax in 1961. It never, ever, goes away. Sometimes it is controlled by the chancellor of the exchequer, but it never goes away. Now about that 500/4.5 .....
