Question HOW DO I FIND, AND USE THIS SITE'S "ATTACHMENT SYSTEM" for CONTEST ENTRY?

The Rules & Regs for Contest entries recommend using "our attachment system" to ensure that entries comply with specs.
Q: What is this "attachment system," and where can I find it? Or does this just mean attach using their attach button on the e-mail?

HELP! Please... Thank you for your time.

Click on the "manage attachments" button below the text editor, upload your photo, then submit the post. You can use this system, or you can use any other method to upload, as long as the photo ends up being shown in the post.

Thanks, Adam. Trying to reduce file size per Apple's instructions is DRIVING ME NUTS. I hope your system will do that for me.. First, I have to find the TEXT editor...

Just look right below it.
