I suggest that it will be made a mandatory rule to post pictures of the glass and filter threads w/ serial number visible and all hood(s) / filter(s) removed... the same goes about the lens' mount.

Not providing a photo here on the site should not be an obstacle to the buyer; if the item is not described as is, he or she should be entitled to a return and refund.
