Error Text string not displaying correctly

In the post linked below, I typed the text "That's helpful". It displays as "That'spful" in my post and also in 2 replies that quoted me. If I click to edit my post, I see the correct text I typed.

I wonder if this post will have the same problem.

edit: nope, it looks fine. I'm purposefully not editing that other post so you can see what's happening.

As another test, quoting myself to see if it happens.

edit: Nope, the quoting is okay.

It looks like this is being caused by a third-party script. I have contact the vendor!
