Error Error HTTP error 500 when trying to submit a new accessory

I am trying to add a new accessory to the reviews section but after submitting I see this error.

"This page isn't working

www.pentaxforums.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500"

I think you may have tried to upload a file that's too large. Try to scale it down a bit and it should go through.
