Creative commons licensing

I just wanted to ask if photos posted in Pentaxforum are free to use by any member, if there is a CC license to them, and if there is a service for exchanging full size photographs from both ends of the world if we can't / don't want to travail just to get a particular image.

My understanding is that copyright for all user-shared images here is retained by the owners. If CC, it should be declared in the EXIF, caption, or watermark. In other words, seeing it here does not confer or limit rights.

Steve is right- the copyright belongs to the OP and you should seek permission from the photographer prior to using any photo in any way.
