Error Random Album Photo viewing denied

A few minutes ago, when I clicked on a picture on the Random Album Photos filmstrip, I received this message:

I was trying to view the center photo in this group. I was able to see (enlarge) both the upper and lower images when I clicked them:

Size: 121.8 KB

Does this mean the photo is just unavailable for some reason?

It could be that the user marked the album as private, has restricted sharing, or that the image was deleted entirely after the sidebar module was rendered.
