Question I tried to purchase e-book and was refused

Hi,
I just tried to buy the Pentax KP ebook, just added to the collection. I have already purchased the K3-mk2 ebook and found it really good. this time though I was refused, told that I had not Donated (I have) and am not a site supporter (I am).
Does anyone have the keys to unlock this safe?

It looks like you might have clicked on the download link rather than the purchase link, perhaps?

Sorry I’ve just seen this.
It was a confusion of logins I think, that prevented me getting to access my book.
It’s a great book by the way.
