I understand its not possible to close my account, but i keep getting notifications, I cannot figure out a way to unsubscribe properly. I manually clicked 'Unsubscribe' on over 20 threads this morning (which involves a page refresh after each one.. ZZz...I hope I dont have to do this for every thread I've typed in?!

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Bruce... try the subscriptions page in your user control panel... click the checkmark box in the bar at the top to select all the threads, and then use the menu at the bottom of the page to delete subscriptions

Also in Control Panel > Edit Options > Messaging and Notification > Default Thread Subscription Mode you can disable automatic subscription to threads you start or post in by selecting Do Not Subscribe.
