Go into your User CP and make sure you have "Auto-Detect DST" checked in the timezone settings.

It's because you're Canadian and on metric time...

Change your timezone and/or manually enable DST to fix this problem.

Yep happened to me too when I set GMT +2 (UTC +3). I just set it to GMT +3 and that fixed the problem.

EDIT: Just watched the hours now, and they're screwed up again. probably because of DST. Need to change back.

I have been seeing the same thing. It is 13:33 PST as I write this, but the timestamp on the message says 14:34

You have a hanging chad stuck in your CPU.

They don't have DST in Arizona so the time is right for Adam.
Don't worry, it'll be ok again next March.

I like the "metric time" and "hanging chad" reasonings!
But, to get serious for a moment, ( bummer ), I woder if it has to do with the new dates for DST changes. If so, it will probably be off again in Spring.

DST

US changed the start date of DST last year, but Microsoft software hasn't accommodated the change. If you are using Windows your calendar keeps attempting to reset the time to non-DST - it's even worse if you have a Client-Server network.

I disabled auto-DST-time detect on the server, set the correct time manually and let the client machines catch up.

If you use a free-standing machine, disable auto detect and set the time manually.

If you have 'remember me' set at log in, you may only have to log out and log back in again for the time to correct itself.

If you are running an older version of XP, it could be from the changes in DST. There is an update to correct this. BTW: if your XP is missing this update, there are several more updates you are missing too!
