Pentax Aussie Deals

We've had a lot of different threads on Aussie Deals on Pentax. Given that we're a fairly small market, they tend to be deals just relating to CRKennedy, and come around only intermittently.

Would it be presumptuous of me to suggest that we put all such deals into one thread for ease of following? I'll try to kick off...

I think putting a new thread in the Deals section suffices. With a single thread I think there's a chance that it would be hard to keep track of which deals are current. Just my 2 cents worth.

Moved to SIte Suggestions and Help.

The problem being is that most, if not all, deals are limited to a time period. A single thread would then carry expired deals. Also if some time elapses between deals the thread could scroll off the radar and be forgotten.

Lastly, deals posted in the Price Watch section require approval in order that the deal may be confirmed prior to being released.

Yes, I just discovered this (not sure if it was a new discovery, or something I've forgotten). That would be a resounding "no" then...I shall add deals as a separate thread.

Actually, yes, I noticed that Digidirect is having a 20% off sale at the moment, up to $1000.00 off. And they have a DFA*70-200/F2.8 there. makes it aboot 2200.

Yes , I also recently "discovered" digiDirect , spent some money with them already.
